AM Eyewear offers FREE shipping on all orders, within Australia.
International orders pricing is as follows:
$30.00 Standard Registered Post – 10 to 15 business days (signature required on delivery and no tracking available) $55.00 Express Courier Service – 2 to 5 business days (signature required on delivery, tracking number emailed when item is shipped)All orders are packed and despatched the same day/next working day that the order is placed (allow up to 5 working days if paying via the e-cheque option in paypal).
Australian Orders: We use Express Post to send all national orders. This is a guaranteed next business day delivery to all major express post networks. See this link for more details http://auspost.com.au/personal/express-post-letters.html .
In the event you are not home when your order arrives, Australia Post will leave a card and your order can be collected from the nearest post office..
International Orders: All International orders are sent via Registered Air Mail. Delivery times vary from between 3 and 10 working days depending on location.
Returns/Repairs
All AM Eyewear sunglasses are guaranteed for 12 months from the date of purchase against manufacture and part faults.

Your satisfaction is our highest concern so it is important to us that you are happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly issue an exchange provided that the following conditions are met:
1. All items must be in 100% new condition, unworn, unaltered and with all tags still attached. Lenses without any marks and with all original packaging (including box) in its original condition, undamaged. The condition of returned items will be determined by AM EYEWEAR.
2. We are notified of your intention to exchange by email within seven (7) days of the date of delivery.
3. You follow our instructions sent to you via email for the return of the item/s.
4. Your return must be received by us within ten (10) days of the date of delivery within Australia, if international then fourteen (14) days, no slower than registered air mail.
Please note, returned items must be packaged safely and securely as we cannot accept returns that have been damaged through postage. The return postage cost is the responsibility of the customer.
Furthermore the processing of your exchange or refund may take up to five (5) days, after the AM EYEWEAR has received the original goods. We will repost your exchanged item free of charge.
Sale/Pre-Ordered Items: For sale/pre-ordered items or discount codes used, we are unable to offer a refund. However you are welcome to have a store credit issued to your AM EYEWEAR account that will be valid for the season of range purchased, generally 6 months.
Repairs
Unfortunately, sometimes frames can get damaged/scratched etc so AM Eyewear offers a repair service. All you need to do is call or email your details to info@ameyewear.com and we will advise you how you can send your frames back for repairers to review.
A quote will be given once the frames have been assessed and payment can be made by direct deposit or credit card.
